The  more  numerous  and  dense  population  of  this  earth  it will  result  in world  energy  demand  will  also  continue  to  multiply,  from  here  it  takes human  effort  to  develop  a  range  of  renewable  energy.  The  potential  of renewable  energy (renewable energy), such as: solar energy, geothermal, hydropower,  biomass,  wind  energy  and  ocean  energy,  renewable  energy potential in this country is huge. Solar energy is one renewable energy that is currently being developed, because the impact on the  environment more friendly. One application of solar energy is utilizationin energyconversion of  light  into  electricity  is  by  solar  cells.  TiO2was  synthesized madefrom Pluronik P 2443 -250g, 96% Ethanol,andTiCl4. The characterization of the material was conductedthen performed testing using Test XRD (X-Ray Diffraction)  obtained the grain  size  ofthe  materialsof 13.81  nm  and testing   of   SEM   (ScanningElectronMicroscope)for   the   surface morphology.
